When to get Replacement Cushions
When is it time to get those 1950s wicker chairs replacement cushions? I would say that around the 1990s would have been an opportune time, but now is just as good a time as ever. Thinking about colors and textures for cushions can take a great deal of time, but in my opinion, thoughtful work will pay off in the long run. What type of cushion would you put on rattan furniture as opposed to wicker furniture? The choices may seem a bit overwhelming, but for the most part, any texture will look good on a cushion with the obvious exception of denim.
So what about a color of cushion for your wicker resin furniture? What if it’s white? What about brown, or beige, or natural colored? I would say that a cream color cushion will go with anything, but for the darker palm I would choose a light color, while for the lighter palm, a white, or perhaps off white would look the most complementary.
And then there is the issue of decorative pillows. Decorative pillows are most commonly associated with a theme of a room, something along the lines of a shape, a pattern, or a design. Some people have animal themes; some people prefer color themes, while others prefer patterns of shapes, like triangles and squares. What you get is up to you, but just remember that natural tones will best compliment your wicker.
